UC/Extreme Fatigue/Vomiting/Diarrhea
48 y/o female had cholecystectomy around May of 2018. After which she developed ulcerative colitis. Moved to live with me in July. Since moving here, she's been ill on and off, more on than off. UC flareups, diarrhea, vomiting, general allergies, and a lot of fatigue. However for the last week or more she's been extremely fatigued, vomiting, and frequent diarrhea. Has no job/insurance yet. Looking for options/thoughts.

Ulcerative colitis can be treated with oral medication like mesalamine, depending upon the condition the medication can be adjusted. Better give ors and fluids to the patient to prevent dehydration. Also avoid milk and other dairy products all together. Avoid maids and sugary foods. Follow up with me for discussion and treatment.
