I have high fever ( upto 103) since 3 days accompanied with low appetite, body pain and headache and constipation.

Complete the treatment as directed by your treating doctor. Finish the whole course of the medications and don't stop if you feel better. You will be required to repeat the tests regularly to know the status of the infection and effectiveness of medication on you.
