Typhoid or something else
I had fever 99.6f first on 25th march I took medication n I was fine in 4 days but after that I felt fever on 20th APRIL (appx. 20 days) and its 100 for a day and on n off its 99.6f I got my test done for typhoid n its positive I want to know is this possible typhoid can be so long or is there any thing else i have to check as my weight is stable I m not feeling that fatigue etc n if its typhoid then how long can this last please advise

Considering that the only symptom you have described is low grade fever occasionally and Typhi Dot IgM positive, in my opinion you should go for Blood culture and CBC to confirm the Typhoid infection before any treatment can be advised

Did you take medications for your fever during last month? It would have been due to other reason as well, not necessarily typhoid. if this is your current report , its showing IgM antibodies against S.Typhi
