My daughter ,who is 6.5 years old,is suffering from typhoid . She's suffering from high fever since last 4 days. Temperature I had read was 103F . The titre of typhoid Paas 1/160. Idont know whether to get her hospitalised or not. She was previously admitted 20 days back because of stomach nodes

Your daughter is not having Typhoid, In first week Widal test can’t be positive, Most probably she had suffering from URINE INFECTION, even her last admission 20 days back might be due to URINE INFECTION,, did you ever got her urine RM and CS done ? If no ,,, get it done,,, she might be having frequent urination or decrease appetite, weakness, Start her on Syp Cefolac 100 7.5 ml twice perday x 10 days, Syp Oflomac forte 6ml twice perday x 10 days,, Syp P250 5 ml 6 hourly x 3 days, ,,, Take care she takes lots of fluids and food,,

If she is not taking orally well,not passing urine adequately then get her hospitalised.
