Typhoid and constant headache,tiredness

Hi I am darlington and I am 24 years old,I have typhoid for the past two months and I have done about four blood tests including hiv test but hiv is negative and the typhoid is still there,I don't have fever just headache and I get tired easily and it makes me think too much I have taken cipro 500 and other medicine but no way pls what do I do?
