Start with top milk with katori-spoon, if not accepting then you can add sugar.
In solid food you can give him cooked rice, cooked daal, khichdi, vegetables soups , fruits, curd, kheer, Raab, halwa etc... make sure that consistency of the food is semisolid that it will not easily fall from spoon.
Add one new item in his menu every week.
Give 3-4 complementary feed in a day.
