Type 2 Diabetes
My age is 30 and weight is 55kg. Mother of toddler. Recently I did master health check up. My glucose level is 96 during fasting. Which is indicator of type 2 diabetes ?? Or it is normal? Because i read glucose level above 100 is pre diabetes. Pls suggest Home remedy to reduce my glucose level.

It is normal. When fasting blood sugar is more than 126 then it's diabetes. Do exercise or walking
