Hello, type 1 diabetes occurs at early age ,its insulin dependent diabetes where autoimmune antibiodies destroy insulin producing cells in pancrease. You need to take insulin for life time. You are feeling weak because of low utilisation of glucose , Exercise plays role in type2 diabetes where peripheral receptors are destroyed. You should maintain constant glucose level. Exercise increases demand for glucose ,so be careful and check you blood glucose levels often .
