My 2.5 month old daughter took routine vaccine yesterday of second DPT, second Hibtitre, second hepatitis and my wife will take covid vaccine tomorrow. is it safe for baby to receive vaccine in such short interval baby and mother covid vaccine. ?

Your wife can safely take covid vaccine. Covid vaccine is safe in lactating women and it doesn't harm baby in any way. As far as baby's immunisation is concerned, it has no relation with covid vaccination in the mother. The baby may develop fever, irritability, pain at the vaccination site due to vaccination given to him for which you can give syp paracetamol. Mother and baby can receive vaccine even same day. You can safely go ahead with the plan.

I think it’s safe for the baby even if the mother is breastfeeding
According to WHO breastfeeding women can take the Covid vaccination
Note: You have to take care of your wife and daughter after vaccination as they may experience pain or mild fever
