Two red bumps outside my private part

So i been having this for like maybe 2-4 days and they’re like two red bumps next to eachother and when i walk it hurts because im obviously moving my legs and i guess they get rubbed or something and it just causes alot of pain and im scared it might be Std’s because i was doing some research but i doubt it hopefully they are ingrown hairs.
