With other reports fine, the AMH level of 1.45 with your age being 33 years should be given due consideration. Your doctor must have told you that your AMH is on the lower side which suggests rapid depletion of your eggs. Taking this into account you will need to be a little more proactive if not aggressive. May try at the most a couple of IUI's but if it doesn't work, do not hesitate to have IVF. You stand a good chance of conceiving with IVF with an AMH of 1.45 compared to IUI.
Next Steps
Get onto treatment.
Health Tips
Do not spend too much time on deciding which kind of treatment you would want to undertake since too much delay will reduce your chance of conception with the resultant depletion of eggs. Remember "TIME"is a key factor in your case.
