  4. Two colour skin type. Me some treatment.

Actually sir/madam i suffered sinus problem in 2011. i consume steroid for this and right now i suffers from skin tone problem. my body colour is two type. face and hands color tone is black. and another body color is white.. so suggest me some treatment .
