Twitching of head
My head's skin moves involuntary sometimes. Its like tension building up and then relaxing of muscles and again tension building and then relax. This continues for a while. I think it may happen because of stress. Why this happens. Is it safe if I force my skin not to move.

hi good morning This could be because of anxiety stress or could be condition called facial tics or hemifacial spasm
