Tumour in right breast
Hi Doctors, I'm attaching my ultrasound report of breast tumour. Please suggest if I should go for surgery right away ? Is there a chance of it getting dissolved by its own or it will keep growing? Thanks

Tissue diagnosis is must. Don't rely on ultrasound report fully.

As per USG breast report, it look like begin cystic lesion /fibroadenoma/ lipoma. You might require FNAC/biopsy to confirm the diagnosis. Further plan will be decided on the basis of pathological report. Few of breast pathology resolves spontaneously if it is begin cystic disease or fibroadenoma. These surgeries - i.e. excision of lump might not be complicated or hazardous in experienced hands. Thank you.

On Ultrasound report it is not possible to tell whether it is a tumor or not. You should undergo further investigations like FNAC of the breat lump to confirm the diagnosis.

Hello welcome madam Chance to get resolved on it's own is not possible. According to the reports,it looks like benign lesion only. But any swelling in the breast better be removed
