Dear ,dont worry Now days good anti tubercular drugs so fallow your physician or consult good pulmonologist  and fallow accordingly  , its suggestive of tuberculosis

Hi Practo user, Although ADA higher than 26 is confirmative of pulmonary tuberculosis, even then it should be reconfirmed with AFB culture and tuberculosis molecular testing. Blood sugar levels are normal, vitamin D is low. Ask your DOT physician to prescribe the  supplement accordingly. For further queries and help connect directly through Practo consultation.
