Tuberculosis patient since 2017.

Hello sir/mam. My mom has tb since 2017.We did x ray , ct , mantoux(skin)test and it appeared.As tb we started akt tablets + liv 52 + antacids but after 1 month i.e. in may she has ot & pt  200 +.So as doctor told we stopped akt . this whole scenario has repeated 3 time exactly. 21 aug 2017 we did ot&pt again . its above 600 ..What to do ? Consulting doctor in mbbs,dnb . I'm 4th year mbbs students dad is pharmacist.We all have knowledge about akt and tb but can't have solution . My recommendation is to admit her in hospital as she has tb @11 standard too. At that time she had admitted. So please suggest me whether i admit her or not.Or should I go to only consultation to pulmonologist for further treatment?Or should we start Ayurvedic medicine ??
