Tuberculosis meningitis
My mom dagnsis wth TB mningtis and sarted anti-TB drugs she recvers slowly and imprved in 1yr no hedache or seizure. its time to stp TB medcne but dr did a mri scan and its shows abscess, dr did MRS it confirm tuberculoma, dr gv a cmbintion of TB medcne with MRI at each 3 mth after 1.5yr more treatment brain tuberculoma abscess almost disappeared. dr stp medcne and mom heath is good minimul hearing loss.
its been 11 month she is fine but last 3days she hv headache, is tb relapse after 30mth.

Most likely it is a MDR tuberculosis.
Also take opinion of infectious disease specialist.
