  3. Tuberculosis. Do now. please suggest me?

I have been admitted in the hospital since three days and al my report are negative apart from chest X-ray showing infections and montoux test shows 18mm and al other tests are negative I am confused with this. If I have infected through TB the only test proves me is sputum test, which says negative I am totally confused what should I have to do now.. Please suggest me
