Tubercular lymphadenitis
My wife having tubercular lymphadenitis after infection of post lscs n taking treatment of akt since 5 month n we got better result now question is that my son 9 month old having develop lymphnodes over rt inguinal region usg shows few lymphnodes with preserved hilum noted in both region largest 17*5 mm on rt side.... paediatrician said it's normal n I have done CBC ESR crp but it was also normal...so what is the possible cause?

bcoz of high index of suspicion get baby,s tuberculin test done .normally TB lymphadenitis is not open case hence chances of ur son having TB lymphadenitis is less it could be simple non specific lymphadenitis
