I have done a report all report are clear except montoux report it is positive
and hameoglobin is 10g/dl.
so is there a change of tuberculosis for me I'm a female age 26 weight 44
sputum test is also negative
only there is little cough shown in X Ray

No.mantoux test alone cannot taken as confirmation for tuberculosis.Your symptoms need correlation like weight loss,long duration cough,etc.Consult for further questions
