My wife 32 year aged diagnos tv july 2016 and 6 month course contined completed in dec 2016 but now after one year she vomitted blood today sir plz help

This is quite common and is known as Post-TB bronchiectasis It requires symptomatic treatment eg hemostyptic. Antibiotic judicious use . Consult a Pulmonologist
