Tubectomy time
I am a mother of two children one is 8 years old and the younger one is 3 years old I haven't done my tubectomy can you suggest the tubectomy time for me.

You can do it immediately in the upcoming menstrual cycle. You need to do it in post menstrual phase (within a week after menstruation). Also you should avoid intercourse in that cycle before tubectomy. Go for tubectomy rather than tubal ligation or clipping.
