TTC, suggest a prenatal supplement
Hii, We've been trying to conceive past two months. I'm 29 years old and have irregular periods fluctuating from 37 to 29 days. So I tried opk available in market for timing my ovulation date. I got positive results on opk each month. But didn't concieved. My blood report were normal last year. Should I take some prenatal supplements.

Hello. It can take up to 1 year for healthy couples to conceive. So don't get impatient. There is only 7-10% chance of conceiving in a month. That's how nature is. You can start on folic acid supplements
