Tsh lowering down
I m taking 100 MCG thyroxin daily. Three months back, my tsh was 3.5 Last month, it was 1.10 and now as per the recent report, my tsh has dropped to 0.85. Should I do taking the medicine or reduce the dose. I have also gained 5 KGS in just two months.

Your TSH is still withing normal range. So, you need to continue same dose and repeat TSH after 3 months. But, the reason for your weight gain seems to be lifestyle related or something else. Consult an Endocrinologist for weight gain.
