Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hello I'm currently 14 weeks 3 days pregnant. My previous TSH Level was 4.6 & doctor prescribed me thyronorm 75mg. I got recently thyroid checked before few weeks, I've attached the reports as well. My doctor has asked me to still continue with 75mg. Is it fine?
