14 weeks pregnant and hypothyroidism
I am 14 weeks pregnant. Earlier got my ft3 ft4 and tsh done in which tsh came out to be 5.17.my doctor prescribed thyronorm 75 Now I got t3 t4 and tsh done in which tsh came 1.29. but total t4 came 13. Is it normal. Should I continue with the medicine dose and would it be be fine for my baby.

Total ft4 is not useful in pregnancy. You definitely need to be on this dose and need TSH measurements every trimester. Over treatment can cause brain abnormalities in foetus.
