35 weeks pregnant with glucose pp 165
Hello doctor My fasting glucose in 1st trimester was 80mg/dl. Glucose pp during 2nd trimester was 136 mg. Glucose pp during 35 weeks pregnant is 165 mg. I am very tensed as during the 2nd trimester my doc has asked to cut down on sugar. So for 2 months straight I was on strict sugar restrictions. But now after 2 months it has increased. My fetal movement is fairly normal as of now. What can be done to stabilise glucose and have a long term pregnancy. As I had preferred a normal vaginal delivery which I guess is not possible now. Please suggest. Thanks.

Normal delivery is possible. But likely would need treatment for next 5 weeks. Then repeat check after some time of delivery.
