TSH levels fluctuating
I've been taking Thyroxine sodium tablets for about 10 years now. My TSH levels have never been stable & in range for more than 3 months. I have to switch up dosage every 2-3 months. When taking 75mcg, TSH levels increase as high as 50-60. When taking 62.5mcg, TSH levels decrease as low as 0.0003. I've consulted with dozens of doctors and all advice is to increase/decrease the dosage accordingly. I don't need such advice. I need to know, why this is happening and why my TSH levels have not stabilized even after 10 years of treatment. If anyone can help with a better diagnosis and/or treatment please reply.

Will need to know if the same lab is being used for all tests. Ayurveda and other supplements can cause interference in assays so wrong measurements of TSH. And lastly need to know if you are fully compliant.
