TSH level is fluctuating
My TSH ranges in 8-9 uIU/ml. As advised, I initially started with Thyronorm 125 mcg. It lowered the TSH levels to less than 1 uIU/ml. Post which, i was prescribed Thyronorm 37.5 mcg, which again elevated the TSH levels back to 8.77 uIU/ml. I am having sexual problems due to high thyroid levels and experiencing tingling feeling in hand feet. Please advise.

Generally thyroid medication is not drastically increased or decreased until the TSH is very high or low...dose changes should be done in 25 mcg range ...will need a proper dose adjustment
Next Steps
consult an endocrinologist
