TSH level is 7.24

My sister is having normal T3, T4, FT3, FT4 and TSH is 7.24. Lately she was having hair fall so we just wanted to test for thyroid and confirm. After the thyroid profile test we got to know that TSH level is abnormal. She is not under any medication. Please suggest medication for my sister.

Need to do other blood tests for hair fall as main problem. If normal. Can supplement thyroid hormone. Book an appointment for further management.
