TSH 6.03 and T4 as 11.4
I am aged 22 yrs and i got tested for Thyroid profile and i got tsh 6.03 and T4 value as 11.4. Do i need to get a medication? What foods do i need to avoid? Is medication necessary for tsh value of 6 ? My body is doing great i dont have any health problems other than hairfall, sometimes constipation. I feel perfectly fit and little weight gain!
