TSH 4.54 . What does it mean?
I am 57.Last year TSH was 4 .This year 4.54.No other symptoms.Do I need to start Thyroxine or get T3 T4 TSH done once again to confirm.

You don't need to do it if you don't have any symptoms. Thyroid reports need at least 6 weeks to change. If you want you better repeat after 2 months.
