Tryptomer and Placida together? Doctor?

Hi , I have been having chronic headaches with lightheadedness. I took treatment from an ENT specialist and he performed some tests and concluded the problem could be due to vestibular migraine. He put me on medicines for a couple of months after that he referred me to a psychiatrist. I met a psychiatrist and he took the details of my problem. Actually I have had anxiety issues for many years and I told him about the same. The psychiatrist prescribed medicines Tryptomer 10mg and Placida 10mg daily night for a month and asked me to consult him again. I am already taking Metaprolol XL 25mg in the morning. Now Amitriptyline and Placida are prescribed to be used in the night. Is it okay if I take both Amitriptyline and Placida together in the night as prescribed by the doctor? I just got a doubt as both tend to be treating depression and anxiety. Sorry for my ignorance.
