Trying to conceive same cycle as HSG

Hi, my wife underwent an HSG under anaesthesia on Day 6 after her periods. The results are normal, and she feels perfectly fine. Is it okay / safe to try and conceive in this cycle itself? Or is it advisable to wait for a cycle and try next cycle. We're hearing mixed feedback. Are there any risks, and if so, what are those? What do you generally suggest your patients?
