Trying to Conceive
I had a miscarriage on 16 December 2019 in my 7th week. After that my doctor suggested me to give one month's gap and then again try to conceive. She also prescribed Vofol Plus tablets once daily. I am trying to get pregnant since February but no luck. Me and my husband do not have any health issues. Please help me as i am very desperate to have a child.

You both are young. Once you had conceived, that only shows your tubes are patent, you are producing eggs ( Ovum) and your husband's sperms are capable of fertilization  . Any healthy lady can have abortion during early pregmancy. All the pregnancies do not continue till term. Many foetuses which have major chromosomal anomalies result in abotion. Majority of these are one time event ( Sporadic) Hence dont worry Have regular intercourse especially during fertile period. Continue taking Folic Acid 5 mg daily Couple should not have performance anxiety Get involved in relaxing and joyful actvities

You have just started to plan pregnancy back in feb. You and your husband need to stop getting stressed and desperate for pregnancy as this can add stress and reduce your chances. You can just keep regular contact and try to get pregnant for another one year. Give yourself time, you are both very young, pregnancy will happen. You need to relax, eat well and more fresh fruits and salads, hydrate well, exercise for 30 mins a day and keep regular intercourse. Stop stressing.

Hi! Usually after miscarriage atleast 2-3months break should be taken.Since you are young and conceived naturally need not worry as this could be one odd pregnancy .Currently you can try naturally without worrying.
