Mam im 26 yrs old female im trying to conceive from 2 years..my doctors adviced me to go for IUI BUT IM FEELING VERY nervous for that process..do I have any other solution for my problem..my AMH values are not correct and I have low egg quality

Hello, Intrauterine insemination is costly and failure chance is there even in IUI ,you should have tried ovulation inducing medicines like clomifene citrate . if you still fail in it there is no other way ,you have to undergo Intrauterine insemination. Exact cause for infertility is to be known to treat the problem . If your sure of low egg count with failed attempts then you have to go for IUI.
