Do all the children with minor brain damage gets seizures? My son had traumatic brain injury during birth and had hematomas. He is a normal kid as others. Studying in 1st standard and good at academically also. Kindly answer

Depends on where the trauma was,and if there's residual scarring of brain tissue.
