Do a stress echo test, if negative nothing more needs to be done from cardiac point of view.

I believe you need an Executive Health Check. Need a anxiolytic and if really warranted, a Stress Echo / CT Angiography - just for an anxiolytic effect. At your age, it is unlikely you have significant coronary artery occlusive disease.
