Is it beneficial to take triolmesar 40 twice a day instead of once in a day. I heard that twice a day dose not benefit as single dose is effective.

Once a day dose is enough as its effect lasts for 24 hours. If your BP is not controlled on once a day dose then we can increase doses of the individual medicines in it in terms of strength.
