High cholesterol problem, doctor advised Rosuvas 10 mg which costs rs 15 per tablet, but Rosuless 10 is available at Rs 3 per tablet please let me know both are same, can I take rosuless10 as a substitute for Rosuvas10,thanks

Yes they both have the same drug content rosuvastatin.
