Asked for Male, 35 Years

Hello doctor, yesterday done 1 full body checkup and got report Triglyceride is 358 ,HDL is 28, VLDL is 71, and Total/ HDL colestrol ratio is 7.1,. From last 2days geeting little pain from left side where heart reside, tomorrow have planned to meet consultant . so i just want to ask , is it ha serious heart problem? in this case what medicin precautions have to follow.

Hello... You are correlating report findings with pain. If you had not got that report you would not have worried.. Have fruits and vegetables, grains, beans, nuts, and seeds,Using olive oil as the principal fat, replacing other fats and oils, saturated fat is not good for health...Limiting usage of processed foods you need to take in fewer calories than you burn. So that unburned calorie dont get stored as fat, lipid lowering drugs like statin helps in lowering lipid..
