Can I use this conditioner on my own I have very frizzy curly hair and doctor recommended me mildy shampoo and morr rich cream and said you can use conditioner also but my hair is low Porosity so can I use this will it make my hair silky smooth. Please tell me a good conditioner here as I cannot consult further as I already did and I didn't find a good conditioner. My photo for reference.
