Tri dot test accuracy at one month
Hi Doctor,
I had a hand to genital contact in a spa and no sexual intercourse or oral happend. Worried about hiv infection and planning to take test for the same.
Due to lockdown in my hometown they have only tridot antibodies test. As I know the window period for that test is 3 months
My question is - at one month mark how much percentage accurate is tridot test ? Like how much percentage it can detect infections at one month mark ? Please help me with your valuable answers doctor

the best thing is to get hiv rna test pcr the antibody test has different sensitivity and specificity at 1 month it takes time for sero conversion
