Tretinoin on dry skin
Can someone who has dry skin or previously suffered from adult pityriasis alba or who has mild eczema use tretinoin topically? If a patient with any of the above conditions insists on using tretinoin, will doctors prescribe it to them?

Doctors will prescribe what is ideal for your skin concern after diagnosis. It is okay to use tretinoin in someone with history of eczema/P.Alba,but it is known to produce irritation on dry skin.
Next Steps
Please consult with a dermatologist for your concern.
Health Tips
Avoid self diagnosis and self prescription.Avoid OTC drug use without doctors advise.Sometimes more harm may occur than already is.
