Due to nerve compression and not taking proper treatment at that time, the muscles became weak which is now causing trouble. At present would like to suggest for x-ray of lumbar spine and follow back with reports. For proper diagnosis and further treatment visit prime wellness center in begumpet area or can request an appointment for home visit. Avoid bending forward, maintain proper posture and if possible take ultrasound therapy for a week to reduce pain.
