Tremors when I'm nervous
I'm 20 male, and my problem is my legs and hands are shaky when I'm doing an activity and it's embarrassing. When I'm 18 even I'm nervous I'm not shaky but why im in now 20 I'm now shaky. Even though I use my force I carry any things my legs ang hands shaky. I'm young to feel.this. so embarrassing. Pls help me. Is this a sign of serious illness? Can you explain very well sir. Please .
