Shaky Hands
I'm about to turn 22, and I've noticed that my hands tremor quite a bit especially when held stationary without support. I've had an incident a year or so back when the shaking turned quite strong, but that seemed to be caused by to much coffee intake. However, I've strictly controlled the coffee intake ever since, and it now seems to have started shaking again.

If you are conscious of shaking of hands this problem could be much more. Try to divert the thoughts.  Complete.ely avoid coffee and tea. Instead take hot water with honey and lemon. If the problem still exists, consult neurophysician.
