Tremors in hand
I am 22 I had hand tremors for long time. I have heard my friends say that my hand shake when I write in school. I some time shake when I eat with spoon It gets worst when I think that my hands are going to shake when I lift the spoon is it anxiety or something else. I am a very anxious person worry about everything this year I was diagnosed with depression (I am on antidepressants). I have seen my whole body legs every thing shake when I get angry or fear a lot. Now I need to know whether my tremors are essential tremor or is it Parkinsons and I heard constipation is so a symptoms of Parkinson i have not been able empty my bowls correctly from a year when I had exams I was very stressed and then only constipation started .I am getting scared whether it's Parkinson. Pls clarify dr

Tremors might be due to various reasons and you should definitely not panic without knowing the cause. You need a detailed neurological evaluation to know the reason behind it. Also, many medications cause tremors. Parkinson’s tremors are a different type and usually the genetic ones come early at your age, otherwise Parkinson’s usually comes at a much older age than yours.
