Trembling of limbs
I am a 40 years Male, retired from Navy. I am suffering from trembling of limbs, particularly hands and head. I have noticed this first time about 12 years ago. At that time it was minor but now it has increased very noticeable. My sugar test is normal and I am physically seams to be normally active.

Trembling of limbs particularly involving hands and head could be due to essential tremors. Medications to control these tremors are available. However detailed evaluation to rule out other causes will be required before appropriate treatment can be started.
