Treatment of pelvic pain after abortion.
Had a medical abortion at 5½ weeks. There was normal bleeding and clots passed too for many days. The bleeding slowly went down with the pain. But after nearly 13 days of abortion, the bleeding completely stopped and pain started increasing. After 3 days of that, the pelvic pain is still persistent but no signs of bleeding or any other problem. All symptoms of pregnancy went normal and don't have any kind of discharge or smell from vagina. During the entire course, I didn't took any painkillers or antibiotics. I had a CBC where everything was as same as previous test when non pregnant but Neutrophils decreased from 54% in blood to 45% while eosinophills increased from 3% to 7.4%. Is there any presence of infection? It is really impossible for me to take USG. Should I take 2 tablets of Misoprostol again to remove any RPOC if present or should I take antibiotics to avoid infections. If so please suggest which antibiotics to take.
